Getting Started

Quick start guide to begin using PMBH.

Prerequisites

Before starting, ensure you have:

• Completed the onboarding process
• Received your account credentials
• Downloaded the PMBH app or have web access

Quick Start Steps

1. Login

Mobile App:

1. Download PMBH from App Store or Play Store
2. Open the app
3. Enter your credentials
4. Complete verification if required

Web:

1. Navigate to https://app.pmbh.vn
2. Enter your credentials
3. Select your business

2. Configure Business Profile

1. Go to Settings > Business Profile
2. Verify and update:
   • Business name
   • Address
   • Tax ID (MST)
   • Contact information
3. Save changes

3. Set Up Payment Methods

1. Go to Settings > Payments
2. Enable payment methods:
   • QR Code (VNPAY QR)
   • Cash
3. Test each payment method

4. Add Products

1. Go to Products
2. Click Add Product
3. Enter product details:
   • Name
   • Price
   • Category
   • Tax rate
4. Save product
5. Repeat for all products

5. Make Your First Sale

1. Open the POS screen
2. Add products to cart
3. Review order
4. Select payment method
5. Complete transaction
6. Print or send receipt

What's Next?

After completing the basics:

• Configure Tax Settings - Set up e-invoicing
• Add Staff - Create team accounts
• Set Up Inventory - Track stock levels
• Explore Reports - Monitor performance
